As a Customer Relations Advisor, you’ll be challenged daily dealing with varying queries in a timely and efficient manner. This is a fast-paced environment, and this role is constantly changing with our customer’s needs. You will work with your manager and team to meet and exceed targets. We support our colleagues with learning and development so that they are proficient in all aspects of their roles.
Drive for Results – This role will bring a strong level of ownership for your personal success in reaching your SLAs daily. You will go the extra mile to find creative solutions to accommodate customer requests and as part of your roles in this project, you will answer inbound calls and emails from customers in an efficient and timely manner. You will negotiate to provide information and find solutions for customers and do so with the highest standards of professional customer care. You will also be responsible for issuing of quotations and subsequent job scheduling.
Communication – You should be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with all our users who are seeking your help or advice. Your communications skills are critical for strengthening the relationships with our users. You will have contact with users through inbound and Outbound calls, Chat and Email channels.
