As an App Support Assistant, you’ll be challenged daily dealing with varying queries in a timely and efficient manner. This is a fast-paced environment, and this role is constantly changing with our Group’s needs. You will work with your manager and team to meet and exceed targets. We support our colleagues with learning and development so that they are proficient in all aspects of their roles.
Drive for Results – This role will bring a strong level of ownership for your personal success in reaching your SLAs daily. You will go the extra mile to find creative solutions to accommodate requests as part of your role
in this project. You will negotiate to provide information and find solutions for the Group and do so with professionalism. You will also be responsible for Importing Assets for our field technicians (training provided), App testing and some low level technical support / assistance to end users.
Communication – You should be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with all our users who are seeking your help or advice. Your communications skills are critical for strengthening the relationships with our users. You will have contact with users through inbound and outbound calls, chat and email channels.
