Apex Fire are currently viewing the new standard which has been reviewed over the past year and has been recently launched in draft format for public enquiry by the National Standards Authority of Ireland. This new standard titled “Selected, Commissioning, Installation, Inspection and maintenance of Portable Fire Extinguishers” is out for public consultation from 8th August 2012 until 3rd October 2012, www.nsai.ie
